Read on about my “Healthy Mum Makeover”: A challenge I set for myself to build healthier habits through tiny, consistent changes.

Big goals are inspiring, but hard to sustain. So I’m focusing on small, repeatable actions that feel doable even on my busiest or most tired days.

Getting a treadmill for home use was meant to remove the challenge of getting dressed and to a gym. I also read that placing my sneakers by the bed was a step in the right direction. So that’s what I did!

Now I can move whenever I get the urge, even if it’s just five minutes.
